Coupez-le en morceaux si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le faire mac\u00e9rer pendant environ 2 heures dans une marinade compos\u00e9e du jus de 5 citrons,1 piment coup\u00e9 en morceaux, du sel, du poivre, et 2 gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-recipe-steps__item js-popin-pap u-pointer\" data-mfp-src=\"#pap\" data-jump=\"1\" data-step=\"1741596\">\n<h4 class=\"c-recipe-steps__item-title\"><span class=\"c-recipe-steps__item-title-step\">\u00c9TAPE 2 :<\/span><\/h4>\n<div class=\"c-recipe-steps__item-content\">\n<p>Nettoyez l\u2019oignon-pays, les autres gousses d\u2019ail, le gros oignon. Lavez le thym et le persil. Recomposez votre bouquet garni.
