Au bout de 2 h 30, votre p\u00e2ton est pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>A la main<\/strong><\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>: Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez la farine, le sel et le sucre. Faites un puits, ajoutez la levure et la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019eau. P\u00e9trissez \u00e0 la main ou au robot p\u00e2tissier, en ajoutant l\u2019eau petit \u00e0 petit. La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre lisse et ne plus coller aux parois du bol.
