Bien les rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau. Taillez le poivron en lani\u00e8rez dans le sens de la longueur en prenant soin de bien \u00e9liminer les graines et les filaments blancs. Ajoutez les rondelles de citrons. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis ajoutez les carottes et les petits oignons. Laissez bouillir 5 minutes avant d\u2019ajouter les navets, les choux fleur et le poivron.
