Saupoudrer de farine, ajouter l\u2019ail, remuer, verser la moiti\u00e9 de vin blanc, mettre le bouquet garni, saler, poivrer, laisser bouillonner et verser le reste de vin blanc. Fermer et d\u00e8s le chuchotement cuire \u00e0 feux doux 30 min.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffer un l\u00e9gumier ou autre plat creux.<br \/>\nDans une casserole, faire suer les champignons avec le reste de beurre.
